Hello,
I have used Earthlink for over a year now and I have nothing but
things to say about them. I have YET to get a busy signal on my
dial-up account and I have never been 'thrown-off' like I used to
from aol. Plus, no pop-up ads. There customer service is always a
human being and they will gladly walk you through any problem that
you have. (The wait is sometines a little long, but you can check
from their web site approximately how long the phone, web or IM
assistance will take.) I will up grade to Earthlink DSL as soon as it
is available in my area. (Coastal NJ) Plenty of benefits included as
well.
I highly recommend them.
