Yes there is Bill. Here is the path you need to take. Go into your
preference folder under system 9 which is located in you system folder.
Locate the folder called Explorer. Under that folder you will find your
favorites file. Now you need to copy it over to OS X.
To find it in OS X follow this path. Open the finder and select the view
menu and make it columns. It's easier to follow the path that way.
Select the OS X Harddrive, then select users, select the main user which
is you, then select library, then select preferences, then select the
explorer folder. You will then see the favorites file for OS X. Open up
another finder window and copy your favorites file from OS 9 over to OS
X.
