My apologies for reviving this old issue, but I have a
problem. Based on the above statement I took a PC133 256MB RAM
module out of my G4 and put it in my Blue&White G3. Just a click and
no startup chime. Remove the PC133, starts up fine. Put it back in.
Click, no startup chime, grey screen. Remove, all is well.
Are there exceptions to this statement that I don't know
about? I already ordered three more PC133 256MB RAM modules for the
Blue&White. Should I just return them?
