Technically, I think you'd have to specify US law as the list is hosted in
the US. Whatever laws exist in other jurisdictions would not apply to these
e-mails, except insofar as the laws of the country from which any particular
e-mail originates apply to that e-mail.

But, I don't think we'll ever get that far as to argue about jurisdiction ;)
The ListMom is god here. He can make arbitrary decisions if he has reason to
be concerned about what is written here.
