Not likely, either. VST is still working on other compatibility issues.

Meanwhile, Sonnet has leapfrogged VST with its announcement an UATA/100 card.

The current Sonnet UATA/66 card claims OS X compatibility.

ACARD makes the Sonnet UATA/66 card. They are identical.

Promise will be making the Sonnet UATA/100 card.

Note that you cannot initialize a drive on the internal EIDE or UATA bus, and 
then move that drive to a PCI-based card. The drive must be reinitialized 
first.
