Basically, but even worse. It looked like something out of the OLD school
visual html editors... Like netobjects fusion or golive, which have a
"layout grid" where you can just drop elements (text, pictures, etc) where
you want then and table code is generated.

I did a word count on the quark page, and it literally has 78 table cells
using 1 huge table... For a fairly simplistic page that when rebuilt took 12
table cells using 4 tables.
