Maybe Geneva didn't get loaded because of that?

Geneva is one of those fonts which cannot be removed, and which is translated
to a printer outline font (usually Helvetica) when it actually reaches its
destination.

Every PostScript printer ever made includes Helvetica (4 styles), Times (4
styles), Courier (4 styles) and Symbol (one style) for a total of 13 styles,
and most system software is designed to translate a system font to the
equivalent printer font through the "font substitution" process.
