I would guess that you could attach your cdr/cd-rw to the card, but honestly, it would 
be major overkill.  Even standard, no frills old scsi can still have enough bandwith 
for a 24x cd-rw at 5mb/sec.  Don't bother cluttering your nice card with the cd 
drives, the stock bus is more than adequate for them.
