Actually, unless you assemble it yourself, it's almost impossible to buy a
PC without Windows, and if you can it probably will be only a few dollars
cheaper than with. 
OEM installs are what made billg rich, and the pressure MS puts on OEMs to
only sell Windows preinstalls is one part of the anti-trust case.
