You seem like an intelligent person to me, why do you insist on beating a
dead horse (dead horse = this thread).  The fact remains that you cannot
legally use a piece of software be it Photoshop (any version) to an
operating system without a license from the company who wrote it.
Now this completely up to you.....  Go ahead and use illegally obtained
software if you want to....just don't expect product support.
