Yes, that's true. If Hotmail or whatever offers you JohnSmith233, try to be
creative, as you'll get hit along with all the other John Smiths. However,
if you look at the address I'm using, I think it's unlikely to be hit on
randomly. Sneakemail gives you as many addresses as you want, and redirects
them to your "real" one. If one gets infected, you can black- or white-list
it, or just delete it. Unfortunately, like most other free services,
they've announced they're going to charge in some way soon.
