Macsatellite has had problems since AG changed their login procedure (or
something to that effect) last October.  It actually took Macsatellite a
couple of months to finally put out a new version that worked (barely).  If
you have OS X I strongly suggest to use Sputnix as it is more stable than
Macsatellite and is supported more often in terms of updates.  I believe the
latest version is 0.8b.  Also Sputnix has features that Macsatellite
doesn't.  

If you really need to use Macsatellite then look at the discussion groups on
AG.  There's one that's for Macsatellite support.  You'll probably find more
answers there.
