Well if you plan on using OS X with your upgraded B&W, then I suggest an ATI card (make sure it's PCI of course). I would recommend Nvidia but I don't think they make PCI video cards. If you're not going to be using OS X at all then go with a 3DFX Voodoo 4 or 5 -- they're way cheaper and are killer graphic cards (we Voodoo card owners may get lucky in the future and have drivers to run OS X).
