OK, I have another update to my computer freeze-up. I found a copy of Newer
Technology's Gauge Pro program. I ran the memory integrity test (RAM check)
(shutting down background processes) and right before the 362nd pass, the
computer locked up solid. Does that confirm that the RAM I have is bad? So
far, I have only used what came with this computer, and had no guarantee
that it was any good. Your help has been much appreciated.
Thanks,
