As I understand it, although your graphics card does part of the work of 
processing textures and other parts of the games you play, the Mac OS 
does a lot of the pulling from the processor...hence processor speed is 
more of a consideration than on other platforms for game playing. 
Jaguar, however, boasts that graphics-intensive processes will be spun 
off to the video card, something that (I'm hoping) will enhance the 
gaming experience.
