I ahve a G3 minitower with a combination usb/firewire pci board, OS 9.2.2.
My Hewlett Packard 315 camera has occasional problems uploading to the computer. The G3 seems to lock up occasionally during the process and the only way to continue is to shut down the camera. This brings up a message window on the computer saying, essentially, "reconnect the camera or else." When I do, I get a message saying that a certain image wasn't copied due to a disk error and I'm given the option to continue. I note the number of the file not copied and I can easily copy it individually after the bulk upload. This can happen a dozen times in an upload of 200 images. Not fun. Any ideas how to fix this?
