Possibly so.

But that chart shows about 1986 as A/UX's debut.

We had A/UX running as imbedded software on our second-generation System/370 
mainframe, and that would have been in the early 1980's, with limited release 
to AT&T shortly thereafter, and fully commercial release almost immediately 
after that. Definitely mid-1980s.

The Q950, from which the WGS 95 was derived, dates from the early 1990s, IIRC.
