I am having a similar problem like all of this, will keep watching for replies to this message, please also check replies to my message if there's any! About the ZIP drive, this sounds weird. My G3 333 beige has an IDE ATAPI ZIP 100 (as shown by Apple's Drive Setup). No problems with it. I have a problem like that but with an external CDRW, the problem could also be the cable, have you cheked? I don't khow if IDs between IDE ATA and SCSI can conflict. SInce I opened up Drive Setup and it gives ID numbers to the CD ROM & the Zip drive both are shown as ATAPI (non-supported). DOn't remember what IDs they are. Let me check... Okay, ID O for the CD ROM & ID 1 to the ZIP drive. incredible.... Liliana -- G-List is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
