I have the chance to buy an 21" Blue & White Apple Studio Display, the guy
says it's working, but that it needs degaussing a lot. Is this a symptom that
the monitor is starting to brake down? I have this feeling, because he first
wanted 500 euros (almost 500 US dolars) for it, but I said that I wanted to
pay half for it so he first offered 300 euros, than cut it down to 250. Is
that a reasonable price? I know that on 17" B&W ASDs the flyback transformer
can malfunction, can that also happen to the 21" onces? So should I buy it or
not?
TIA,
Marc
