I have to say I have never had an instance where
"norton's messed up my hard drive" and I've used
Norton's ever since I started using a Mac in 1994. It
may have not helped. I've had cases where Norton's
wouldn't help but Disk Warrior did and vice versa. I
never really had an instance where Tech Tool did much
but it sure is impressive to watch anyway.

I use all three: TTP 3 and DW. I usually end up using
Norton's. I imagine each person has a good reason to
feel they way they do according to their experience. I
do not like to install anything extra for either of
them. I just use the application to test hard drive.
On PC, I do not like anything beyond Disk Doc or Win
Doc, aside from their Anti-virus which I found to work
well.

Anyway, it's nice to have all of them use.
