Looking forward to your suggestions. Why not buying a second internal IDE drive seeing you have a Rev.2, such as a WD 120GB 8MB version, I have one and I like it. Or buy a FireWire enclosure and put an IDE HD in it, downside of FW is that FW doesn't always work on B&W G3s, but if that happens to you, you can buy an Adaptec FW card. I'm not saying it doesn't work on your Mac, but it can happen to you. Another downside of FW HDs is that they are not bootable on your B&W, but if you just need it for storage you probably aren't going to use it as a boot device anyway.
