Yeah, but if you're going to upgrade to OS X later on it could be a 
problem, because it doesn't always work with OS X, see the other posts 
on the list.

You're referring to the Pocketdrive I guess, no experience with them, 
but I have heard nothing but complaints about this drive besides that it 
is very expensive compared to others brands.

Why not buying a second internal IDE drive seeing you have a Rev.2, such 
as a WD 120GB 8MB version, I have one and I like it.
Or buy a FireWire enclosure and put an IDE HD in it, downside of FW is 
that FW doesn't always work on B&W G3s, but if that happens to you, you 
can buy an Adaptec FW card. I'm not saying it doesn't work on your Mac, 
but it can happen to you. Another downside of FW HDs is that they are 
not bootable on your B&W, but if you just need it for storage you 
probably aren't going to use it as a boot device anyway.
