Yes, it will drive it at that resolution if you have maxed the VRAM.

Those don't hurt...I like mine a lot, and that will a) not need the 
little adapter (some economy buy a $120 video card to save $10 ;-) b) 
drive that 19" at it's full 1600x1200 resolution (I'm pretty sure) and 
c) support two monitors simultaneously.
