Hi and Help, I am trying to update Quicken 2001 so it will run under OS9.2.2 and continue to work on-line with my Bank. The problem is that the Update from the Quicken Site won't complete saying that an error prevented the completion of the update. An error number is provided: 11002:2,-14 [According to Quicken this is apple error Code].
The Apple Knowledge Base does not deal specifically with my "update" problem although it does refer to other problems between OS 9 and Quicken 2001: (1) Apple specifically recommends that Quicken 2001 be updated before using it with Classic. (2) It also notes a compatibility problem between Quicken 2001 and CarbonLib 1.6. So, if I could update it would seem that my problems would be solved so long as I use an earlier version of Carbonlib. Has anyone successfully updated Quicken 2001 with their last revision - R3.
