What computer are you using? HD's are really cheap nowadays. Add an additional HD and set 8.6 up on that. Make it the startup disk and you wont have to mess with anything on your current 9.2 drive. If you decide to make the jump to Jaguar someday? You'll already have your 9.2 for classic.
