I think the operative word is "easily". It's out of my league but I 
know there are security questions. It's why wifi is not ubiquitous in 
industries where confidentiality and security are concerns.

I expect it's a pretty low probability hazard for most users? It does 
exist. If you were located in a high tech savvy area, with some 
citizenry with a proclivity for defrauding others? The probability goes 
up. Certainly not a "lay awake worrying about it" kind of problem. Just 
something to consider in your LAN planning. There are potential 
security issues with wifi, that just don't exist with a hard wired LAN.
