I expect it's a pretty low probability hazard for most users? It does exist. If you were located in a high tech savvy area, with some citizenry with a proclivity for defrauding others? The probability goes up. Certainly not a "lay awake worrying about it" kind of problem. Just something to consider in your LAN planning.
