B&W G3 Upgrades Yes or No

Just picked up a B&W G3 - 400. It had 128M of RAM which I increased to 
384M. The System is FAST, running Mac OS X 10.2 with patch  6 and Mac 
OS Classic 9.2.2. My  Question is about upgrade experiences. This 
machine is a REV 2. THX to Lowend Mac and xlr8 for pointing out the Rev 
1. and Rev 2. Diffs... It has an ATI RAGE 128 PCI card.

I overclocked it to 450MHz, no lockups, and I added a CPU FAN for safe 
measure.

Question;
Is it worth it for a PCI MAC Edition RADION 32MB 7000 card? I am 
looking at $100 USD
What is the performance increase with a G4 ZIF upgrade at 400MHz/450MHz 
or 533MHz? Is it worth the ?200 USD
Is QUARTZ Extreme worth the $300 upgrades, I paid $300 for the unit.

I am a UNIX junky and a MAC Hobbiest that plays some Quake2 and Quake 
III.
