No, just the regular heatsink. "Officially" still under going testing,
it was running all night and today I shut it down and opened it up and
the heatsink felt "fine", even a little cooler than the 266 it replaced.

As you know, the PS fan is right nearby the CPU, unlike in say, a 7500,
so my uneducated guess is that a CPU fan is largely unnecessary here.

My previous problems with bad volume wrappers in each and every HD
attached to the machine have disappeared (hope, pray); I was at various
times, completely convinced that my ATA 66 controller and then my new
350 CPU were defective. But both seem to be happy together (a reformat
didn't hurt...).
