Having gone through this fairly recently, I would go with 9.2.2.
9.2.1 seemed "speedier" than 9.1 although I had couldn't use my CDRW
through iTunes.
When I upgraded to 9.2.2, it was just as speedy and I could now use my
CDRW with iTunes.
9.2.2 appeared to be more stable as well.
