CC it to your state's Attorney General. If you show them professional respect and courtesy, they will likely do the same for you. No company in the world (not even Symantec) wants angry dissatisfied customers, but if you come off as inconsolable they may decide to just write it off and move on. >> I work very hard for my money and when I deal with a company I do so because they have indicated through their actions that I can trust them. If and when they betray the trust I have placed in them through running me around on the phone or making me have to jump through hoops after they have taken my money and given me what could be considered poor service, it tends to upset me. I can't afford to through good money away, perhaps you can. I endeavor to keep my cool when I am trying to resolve a situation such as the one described above but how far is one supposed to go. After all, the company has the money, they've sent you a defective product, which also is not the product you sent them, and then they no longer want to talk with you and attempt to resolve the situation. It seems to me, he's gotten taken completely. He has nothing to show for the money he spent. Where's the justice in that? Just wondering. Brad -- G-List is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
