Beige G3 video card

Ok, I am new to the G-list.  My main system is a FP 800 iMac.  I am 
upgrading a recently acquired Beige G3 233.  It is currently running at 
300Mhz.    I  know this topic has been talked about, so I am just 
looking for a quick answer, or where I can find more info.

I am looking for a video card for it.  I do not play games.  I want a 
card with vga out and composite (s-video or rca).  I have looked at the 
radeon 7000, but would like something slightly cheaper.  Can I flash 
other PC video cards to work with my Beige G3?  Any suggestions are 
greatly appreciated.
