I am thinking of upgrading from a G3 to a fast G4. But I have heard that they are noisy or at least some of them are noisy.
Is this a problem with all G4's?
Or is this problem just with one model of the G4?
Has the noise issue been fixed by Apple?
Is there a solution that has been suggested to resolve the noise?
I would like to get up to at least the 800 MGHTZ. speed range if possible.
If I get a used G4, I'm not sure that I am looking forward to all the noise.
Thank you for any help.
