Oh, OK. So you have Zip tools already. The "shared disk" thing is 
pretty common. Go into the File Sharing control panel and ensure that 
file sharing is OFF. As long as file sharing is on, Zips flake out. 
It's like they become a protected, shared volume as soon as they are 
inserted.
