you might try mozilla (mozilla.org), even though netscape is based on mozilla, i've found mozilla to work far, far better (not surprising, considering aol are the ones "improving" it....). mozilla is about the most standards compliant browser out there, and it too will pretend to be any browser you want. it's also really, really stinky of a bank to do that, or any other business, there just isn't a good reason other than pro microsoft bigotry, but that's more and more common.
