The machine I have has a 500 mhz processor (definitely an upgrade), a 24x CD (standard), a 4 gig drive (standard), two ultra.wide SCSI PCI cards (one of which sounds like an addition) and a 10/100 PCI ethernet card which sounds like it is also original.

I've got some more fiddling to do and will come back with some questions later but this is great info for now.
