The Beige G3's mobo video is 2 MB standard, ugradeable to 4 MB using a 2 MB 
SGRAM card or to 6 MB using a 4 MB SGRAM card.

I can't think of a case where more than 4 MB would be required. Millions of 
colors at 1152 x 870 (Mac standard 21" multiscan monitor) is supported with 4 
MB.

A 4 MB SGRAM stick at today's high prices might make a FLASHed Radeon 7000 
(32 MB) look like an exceptional value.
