I'm guessing the last version of iDVD for OS 9.2.2.  The latest ones are
only for OS X.  I do believe the iDVD will NOT burn + discs (though I could
be wrong on this), but since your burner is both and it's a Pioneer it
should have no problems with - R discs and iDVD.  If you want to burn +RW
discs you will need to stick with Toast (or any other burning program that
supports the + format).
