Just thought I'd give a quick update. . .
After hounding the phone company about the bad line,
they finally (Finally!) came and checked on the lines
into the building.
Interestingly enough, after they did whatever it is
they do, my dialup is now phenomenal! I'm getting
connections up to 50K and rarely to never get
disconnects. So, I guess I can hold off on the
broadband for a while longer.
