The 160 GB support works, too, even though the connection between the 
drive and the card is UATA/33.

I don't know how much of the 48-bit LBA support was implemented, but 
surely enough to break the 137 GB limit.

The Firewire Oxford 911 chip set, which does not specifically support 
48-bit LBA, was also kludged to break the 137 GB limit, but not with all 
drives.

The specific drive used in my test of the updated ACARD card was a 160 GB 
Maxtor DiamondMax 7200 rpm, 8 MB cache UATA/100 unit (which is operated 
at UATA/33 by the ACARD card). The later LVD verions of this card already 
support UATA/100/133 and 48-bit LBA.
