I seem to have run into a problem in which my B+W can't see my printers but has no problem with the tablet and mouse--something to do with the USB message below I suspect.
This is what happened: I launched Quark for the first time in a very long time which started Classic. Short story shorter: it froze pretty quickly and I had to force restart for the first time in months. I have a Wacom and a USB hub plugged into the back of the machine. The USB hub has a Microsoft mouse, an Epson scanner/printer, and an HP printer. Both the tablet (in the computer) and the mouse (in the hub) work fine but the computer can't communicate with either printer (both plugged into the hub). I don't know how to troubleshoot USB. Does anyone know what the message above means or why I can't print? Any thoughts are greatly appreciated as I have a series of things I need to print this weekend. Thanks.
