Hi All,
So, my experience has been that hard drives last longer than the lasers in DVD players. That being the case I thought that it would make my DVD player in my Mac last longer to copy my DVDs onto the hard drive. But it does not want to do this. Is it because of copy protection? I'm not trying to make copies, just reduce wear. Any suggestions?
