Folks, I've recently had a rash of problems connected with receiving mail on Entourage 2001 used with my venerable Beige G, connected to Verizon DSL. When I check mail by hitting the Send/Receive button, I get the following window: ++++++++++++
ERROR "Could not receive mail from account Verizon." ----------------------------------------------------------------- EXPLANATION:: "The disk is full." ------------------------------- Error Type: - 34 +++++++++++++++ I am able to receive the refused mail via the webmail approach. And, after I clear the message(s) off webmail the Entourage emailer begins to spit out mail as normally. Alas, this doesn't last. As soon as an incoming message of about 1.0mb or more hits the system, the error message appears. And I have to go to webmail to receive it. The Entourage 'Send' functions are normal. It would be helpful if I knew what "disk" they are referring to. Has anyone experienced this? I've talked to the Mac guys at the Verizon Help desk down in Dallas. They display good attitudes but swear the problem isn't theirs. As a matter of interest my network allowance with Verizon is 30mb. Any/all help appreciated.
