Iąd start by rebuilding the Entourage database. I havenąt used Office 2001 for a while so donąt remember exactly how to do this. Try a web search.
Before you rebuild, make a backup copy of your database and user settings. They are found in the Office 2001 Identities folder. The rebuild process is suppose to protect your original data, but I never trust it. There are 2 options for rebuilding, start with the regular rebuild, if that doesnąt work then do the advanced rebuild. Best of luck!
