Not to pick on a tool you obviously like, but I gave up on TTP ages ago as I could not see that it did anything useful, really. At work, many machines with crashes and restarts etc. it did nothing but crash or restart along with the machine :) not too helpful, certainly not diagnostic.
What problems can it/have you seen it actually solve? All the little graphs are impressive but...
