Anyone know if the SCSI drive in this Rev. 2 B&W G3 is a LVD model?

I have recently acquired a Rev.2 B&W G3 which came with a a single 68pin SCSI drive running off an Apple/Adaptec OEM card. The label on the HD reads:

    SCSI HD
    IBM 309170 E182115 S
    PN: 25L2310
    FRU: 25L3121

    9170MB

This B&W G3 will replace a PM 9500. Last year I bought an internal 9 GB 80->50 pin adapted IBM Ultrastar SCSI and installed it in the 9500. The specific description for that drive from OWC was:

    9GB IBM UltraStar 36LP 7200RPM 6.8MS
4MB Buffer Low Profile UltraSCSI 50 Pin
(80 to 50 adapted). New with 1yr OWC Warranty.

I have forgotten most of what little I once knew about the various flavors of SCSI, and I never did understand what LVD (Low Voltage Differential) and SE (Single End) meant.

So my question to the list is,..... will this drive from OWC be compatible with the existing SCSI set up in the B&W G3, (provided I get a n 80->68 pin adapter of course)?
