I want to upgrade the memory of my B&W. Is the pc100 memory the same from windoze machines? Is there anything to watch for, any brands to stay away from?

Just go to Data Memory Systems <http://www.datamem.com> and get your memory.

I've never had a problem with them, two times I needed a return, once their packager's fault (the memory inside the package didn't match the label) once mine (wrong part number). Both times they were prompt and courteous, no questions asked.

Never gotten a DOA from them ever, and over the years I've gotten a LOT of ram from them, desktops and laptops.

256Meg DIMMS for your B&W are $42 each right now, you'll find it a few bucks cheaper, sometimes, but I trust their stuff.

Gotta love a site that advertises that their site is best viewed with Safari, Netscape or Internet Explorer...*in that order* ;-)

I'm not affiliated in any way, just a very satisfied customer.
