    Listers,

I have a question that is most likely off topic. So direct answers are
fine.

Here in the very near future.. First of next year I'm moving from Adana
Turkey to Anchorage Alaska. And being such a distance and what not I was
wondering if I should remove all hard drives, ram chips, pci cards excreta
from my computers before packing them and pack the innards separate? Or is
that just overkill?

Overkill. So long as the computer itself is securely packed, you don't need to disassemble anything. Computer manufacturers ship millions and millions every year in assembled form...

DO make a a backup of your data and carry it with you or ship it separately...that';s the irreplaceable part of the system.
