Just got myself a new but somewhat used "Quicksiver" 733Mhz and also made the switch to OS X ...so I'm feel a little like a "newbee" all over again.
This mac came to me with a 40Gig 7200RPM Hard Drive with a partition which dived the first drive in half. When I got my QS ...I added a second 40 Gig 7200 Hard Drive. My game plan was to add OS X to the first drive and OS 9.2.2 to the second drive ...which i have done. My question is ...How do I move the existing data from the parttion to the first drive and then remove the partition from the drive with out lossing data? i have located a lot of "How to Information" on the art to making a partition but nothing much on removeing a partition. Please advice... ===== have a great day... rick -- G-List is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
