I checked out the Initio support site, they mention a 3925 but not a 2935. May be that the adapter is outdated for 10.3.5 but this doesn't explain the .bin problem. If you are using the same site : http://www.advansys.com/support/
then the only bin available is for a bios update, the rest are all hqx. The 10.3 firmware update is an hqx file also.
