Hi.. I was wondering if a 266-G3 PowerBook, 128 mb Ram, was worth the effort/$ of replacing a defective hard drive. I would be using it to run a web business while vacationing (New Zealand) and would have to install OS 9 on the new drive for internet connectivity (eternet and dial-up I assume). I would be running older OS 9 compatible versions of Netscape, IE, Photoshop, BB edit, fetch, Eudora etc. What's the biggest HD available for this model? Any pitfalls with the upgrade/connectivity? Suggestions?

Definitely.

The biggest HD is as big as they make 80GB, though you'll want to shop on price.
No major pitfalls, HDD replacement is fairly easy; if you buy the drive from a Mac dealer, such as OWC it'll come with instructions.
