If you're going to go with a 1gb module, here's the best price I could find on a quality stick from a reputable company. With mismatched sticks, it acts as two separate 64bit controllers. Dunno how much real-world difference that makes. Note that lower CAS (AKA CL) values are a bit faster, so a CAS of 2.5 would be faster than a CAS of 3. I don't know how much difference you'd actually notice though.
